Hi, I’m Lauren.
I support sober curious women, break toxic cycles, relearn self trust & love themselves again. Unfiltered.
I honour women as they are, while they are becoming their next version.
You've tried the personal development courses. You've read the books. You know what you're supposed to do. But you keep repeating the same patterns. And every time you slip up, you hate yourself for itHere's what I've learned: The problem isn't that you lack discipline. It's that you're trying to build discipline through self-punishment. And your nervous system will never feel safe enough to change when you're at war with yourself.I help women like you understand what's actually keeping you stuck - your core values, your patterns, your cycle, your nervous system - so you can build real discipline rooted in self-honour instead of self-hatred.The result? You stop repeating the same patterns. You feel safe in your body. You know what actually matters. And you can finally move forward without hating yourself in the process.
How to work with me.
I spent 15 years making mistakes. A lot of them.
I grew up in chaos. Moving schools constantly (6 in total), an alcoholic step parent, a mother who was broken mentally, emotionally & physically. I had no real foundation, I had no idea what a stable household or relationship looked like.
By the time I was in my early twenties, I was using alcohol to numb everything. I was not passed down any helpful advice, so using alochol and drugs is what I used to '“cope”.
I was in debt. I was lost. I thought if I just worked harder, pushed harder, hated myself enough, I'd eventually get it right.
Spoiler: It didn't work.
Then I was diagnosed with ADHD and anxiety. And suddenly things started making sense. My brain wasn't broken - it just worked differently. But instead of honouring that, I tried to force myself into a mold that didn't fit. I'd go hard for weeks, then crash completely. All-or-nothing. No middle ground.
When I got sober, I thought that would fix everything. But I quickly realised the problem wasn't just the drinking - it was how I related to myself. It was about my relationship with MYSELF.
I was still at war with my body, my brain, my past. Still punishing myself for not being perfect. Still operating from a place of shame & scarcity & overall lack.
When I became a mum, everything shifted again. I had to figure out who I was - not as a high-achiever, not as someone trying to prove something, but as a human being with limits and needs and a body that changes throughout the month.
And that's when I realised: I'd never tried discipline with true self-compassion before.
I'd never asked myself what I actually needed instead of what I thought I should do. I'd never honoured my cycle. I'd never regulated my nervous system. I'd never stopped hating myself long enough to actually change.
The moment I did? Everything transformed.
Now I help women do what took me 15 years to figure out. I help them understand that transformation doesn't require self-punishment. That discipline rooted in self-honour is stronger than discipline rooted in shame.
I'm not here because I have it all figured out. I'm here because I'm one step ahead, still figuring it out too - and I want to help you get there faster.

FAQ
-
No. This is for women who are new to coaching and women who've done coaching before. What matters is that you're ready to do the work and willing to be honest with yourself. If you're here, you're ready.
-
Coaching is a partnership. My job is to ask the hard questions, hold you accountable, and give you the tools. Your job is to implement the work. The results you see are directly tied to the work you actually do. That said, I'm confident in my framework and I'm committed to supporting you fully. If you're not seeing shifts after a few weeks, we'll reassess and adjust.
-
You can, but it's not recommended. This work is about building a new relationship with yourself - and alcohol often gets in the way of that. That said, if you're sober-curious or working toward sobriety, I'm here to support you. We can talk about this during your onboarding call.
-
If you're tired of repeating the same patterns, if you're ready to stop hating yourself into change, and if you're willing to do the internal work - this is for you. The best way to know is to apply and let's talk about it. There's no pressure, just a conversation.

Consider the 6-Week Foundation Reset instead. It's designed for women who want to start but need a shorter commitment. You can always upgrade to the 12-week later if you want to go deeper.
-
Yes, we can reschedule. I require 24 hours notice, and we need to complete the session within the same week. Life happens - I get it. Just give me a heads up.

Yes, everything is online. We'll connect via Zoom for coaching calls, and I'm available via WhatsApp for daily text support. You can work with me from anywhere.
